Soften skin — Immerse yourself in a warm shower or bath for 10–15 minutes. Step out of direct water so skin remains damp, not soaked. Prepare glove — Wet the silk exfoliating mitt and squeeze out excess water. Avoid soap or shower gel at this stage, as silk work best on bare skin. Exfoliate — Slip the glove on and buff the skin in firm, upward strokes. Begin gently, increasing pressure gradually until you reach your desired exfoliation level. As you massage, you may notice visible rolls of dead skin lifting away - focus on areas prone to dryness or buildup, such as elbows, knees, and shoulders. Rinse & restore — Once exfoliation is complete, rinse thoroughly to remove impurities and residue. Follow with your favourite natural soap, body oil, or moisturiser to restore hydration and leave skin feeling silky smooth, nourished, and glowing.
